Description

Carefully crafted and blended Q Heart Flour, the finished product is freeze-resistant, bake-resistant, not easily aging, and has a chewy and Q texture. It can be shaped into small round balls to replace the egg yolk in egg yolk pastries, or made into Q Heart mochi filling, which can be wrapped in various snacks to create a unique flavor.

Recipe :

1. Heat 95±2g water and 6g salad oil until boiling, then pour into 100g Q-Shin Filling Premix and mix well.

2. Place the well-mixed dough into a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

3. Once steamed, the dough can be divided and shaped.

Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 4 days, in the freezer for 14 days.
