Description

製作簡單,即拌即用,外皮金黃酥脆,內裡軟糯甘香,口感Q軟不甜膩,不黏牙,放涼後軟韌彈牙,麵糊流動性佳,入模烘焙紋路清晰,充滿奶油及牛乳香氣。



製作方法:

1. 將黃油年糕粉1000克加入奶油200克及雞蛋100克,使用攪拌器攪拌均勻。

2. 栗子烤盤塗上奶油後,將麵糊倒入至八分滿,烘焙時間約30分鐘,烘焙溫度為上火200℃、下火200℃。

儲    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

產品資訊:本產品含有牛奶及其製品。

成品保存:常溫3天,食用前覆熱回烤風味更佳。
