Description
製作簡單,可預先製作一定數量,在熱糖水中煮,可煮2 小時不糊掉,搭配花生粉或芝麻粉,即成燒麻糬。


製作方法:

1. 粉100 克加水90 克、沙拉油14 克,攪拌

    均勻成團。
2. 取適當大小的麻糬湯圓,搓圓備用。
3. 麻糬湯圓在沸騰糖水中煮熟浮起,即可撈

    出,依喜好灑上花生粉或芝麻粉。
4. 也可依喜好,包入內餡後,在沸騰的水中

    煮熟浮起即可。


儲        存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
成品保存:生麵團冷凍6 個月。
