Description

Sweet and not greasy, the glucose converted from syrup has a molecular weight that is half that of sucrose, and its osmotic pressure is twice that of sucrose. Therefore, it can lower the water activity of the product and extend its shelf life, making it suitable for use in pancakes. It also has moisturizing and anti-aging properties, making it ideal for use in ambient-temperature packaged pancakes.
