Description

With the flavor of mugwort, this recipe allows you to easily make the traditional 'Caozaiguo' skin. You can pair it with your favorite savory or sweet fillings to create a rich-flavored traditional snack.

Recipe :

1. Heat 20g liquid vegetable oil and 85–95g water until boiling, then add 100g Qingtuan premix. Stir from slow to fast until well combined and smooth in appearance.

2. Scrape the sides of the mixing container and continue stirring quickly until the dough becomes smooth and well-combined.

3. After cooling, take an appropriate amount of dough and wrap in your preferred sweet or savory filling, then it is ready to eat.
