Description
The preparation method can be adjusted according to the desired result. No steaming or boiling is required; it can be poured hot. The finished product is snow-white, freeze-resistant, with a chewy yet elastic texture that provides a bite. It can be shaped into various forms, and the process is simple. Whether using machines or by hand, it is easy to make thin sheets. The flavor can be adjusted to personal preference, allowing for the creation of different cream  mochi skin types.

Recipe : 
Boil 80±2g of water, then pour it into 100g of cream mochi premix in the mixing bowl. Stir quickly until the surface is smooth, and the mixture forms a dough ready to be shaped.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year. 
Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives. 
Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7 days (if filled, 2-3 days), or frozen for 1 month.
