操作簡易,不需發酵,帶有麻糬的Q 感,為一種外酥內Q 軟的點心。比一般雪白麻糬麵包體積更大,最大可到50g,成品高度更可達6cm,烤焙後外型仍保持圓滑不開裂。可將操作或先製成麵糰冷凍保存,口味、造型變化多樣


製作方法:

1.烤箱預熱上火180度、下火140

2. 雪白麻糬粉 300g、雞蛋25g、奶油25g

、水50g,快速攪拌4分鐘至麵糊均

3. 麵糊裝入擠花袋,擠50g / 個

4. 進爐烤30分鐘後打開氣門再烤15分鐘

,即可出爐

儲        存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
