Description

It can be used to make crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside mochi bread, which is freeze-resistant and does not age. It can be paired with a rapping machine to make frozen dough.

Recipe :

1. Mix 80g of Mochi Bread Concentrated Powder, 6.5g high gluten flour, 9g sugar, 3g powdered milk, 0.5g salt, and 1g yeast. Sift them together and set aside.

2. Add 100g of the flour mixture to 25g of butter, 17g of egg, and 55±2g of water. Mix until it well combined.

3. Use a piping nozzle to shape the dough into round or oval shapes.

4. Baking temperature: 160℃~180℃, baking time: 25 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
