可製作外酥內Q的麻糬麵包,抗凍不老化,可搭配包餡機使用,製做冷凍麵糰。


製作方法:

1. 將雪白麻糬濃縮粉80克、高筋麵粉6.5

    克、糖9克、奶粉3克、鹽0.5克、

    醱粉1克混合均勻過篩備用。

2. 100克加入奶油25克、雞蛋17克、

    55±2克攪拌均勻。

3. 用擠花嘴擠圓形或長條形即可。

4. 烘烤溫度:160~180℃,烘烤時間:

     25分鐘。

    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
