Description

添加於銅鑼燒配方中使餅皮組織柔軟中帶有Q度,且耐冷凍。



製作方法:

1. 將銅鑼燒耐凍粉15克、低筋粉50

   、砂糖34(可添加海藻糖)、小蘇

    打粉1.1克、水35±2克及沙拉油

    10克攪拌均勻。

2. 煎台先預熱約100度,倒入適量麵糊

    ,加熱2分鐘30秒後翻面再加熱1

  分鐘即可。

    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

成品保存:室溫1-2天。
