Simple to make, with a soft and fluffy dough. Traditionally filled with red bean paste, but you can also use ingredients like pudding, whipped cream, jam, mochi, or ice cream to create innovative flavors. It is one of the most popular DIY snacks at home, loved by both adults and children.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g dorayaki premix, 50g egg, 35±2g water, and 10g salad oil until well combined.

2. Preheat the griddle to around 100°C. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter, cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then flip and cook for another minute.
