Description

做蘿蔔糕不必再費時做米漿了。有別於一般傳統的製作方法,省時又方便;煎好後外酥內軟,有彈性不黏牙,更可依個人喜好自己調配口味。

製作方法:

1. 蘿蔔糕粉100克、水330-345±2克攪拌

    均勻。

2. 取200公克炒好的餡料加入麵漿攪拌均

    勻。

3. 於瓦斯爐上預熱攪拌至呈現醬糊狀。

4. 倒入模型中,以大火蒸30分鐘即可。

產品資訊:本產品含有含麩質之穀物及其製品。

儲      存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
成品保存:室溫1-2 天、冷藏7-10 天。
