Description

Making turnip cake without the need to prepare rice batter. Unlike traditional methods, this approach saves time and is more convenient. After frying, the outside is crispy while the inside remains soft and elastic, not sticky to the teeth. You can also adjust the flavor to your personal preference.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of turnip cake premix with 330-345±2g of water until well combined.

2. Add 200g of pre-cooked filling to the batter and stir until evenly mixed.

3. Heat the mixture on a gas stove, stirring until it reaches a paste-like consistency.

4. Pour the mixture into a mold and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days.
