口感鬆軟,味道香濃可口,外型呈現特殊蘑菇樣貌;做法簡單製作容易、省時,可添加核果、果醬、巧克力豆、或鹹料,做不同口味變化,是下午茶必備點心之一。


製作方法:

烤箱預熱上火200℃、下火170℃備用,將蘑菇麥芬蛋糕粉100 克、水20 克、雞蛋40 克及沙拉油45 克拌勻,倒入麥芬模型中(要襯紙模)9 分滿,烤焙20-22 分鐘即可。


儲       存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
