Description

The texture is soft, and the flavor is rich and delicious, with a unique mushroom shape. Easy to make, and time-saving. You can add nuts, fruit jams, chocolate chips, or savory ingredients to create different flavor variations. It is one of the best choices for afternoon tea.

Recipe :

Preheat the oven to 200°C for the top heat and 170°C for the bottom heat. In a bowl, mix 100g of mushroom muffin cake mix, 20g of water, 40g of eggs, and 45g of salad oil until well blended. Pour into muffin molds (lined with paper cups) until 90% full, and bake for 20-22 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
