Description

Added to the recipe to increase stability during preparation.

Recipe :

1. Combine 30g of New Year cake concentrate powder, 23g of glutinous rice flour, and 47g of sugar with 75±2g of water and 5g of salad oil. Stir well.

2. Pour the batter into a mold and steam over high heat for 15-25 minutes. Alternatively, bake it in a water bath for 25 minutes at 160°C for the top heat and 150°C for the bottom heat.

3. Let it cool before serving.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 2 month.
