Description

A popular French pastry, rich and creamy, with a moist and delicate texture. It is simple to make, suitable for baking in the oven, and dusted with white powdered sugar – a classic dessert in French restaurants.


Recipe : 
1. Take three egg yolks (60g), add 40g water, 15g salad oil, and 75g soufflé premix, and mix well. Set aside.
2. In a clean bowl, add three egg whites (120g) and 1g of tartar powder (if tartar powder is unavailable, lemon juice can be used as a substitute). Start whipping quickly, gradually adding 30g sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
3. Take a small amount of the whipped egg whites from step 2 and fold it into the mixture from step 1, then pour it back into step 2 and mix gently. Pour the mixture into a 6-inch baking pan.
4. Bake using the water bath method at 190°C for the top heat and 150°C for the bottom heat for 27 minutes. Once baked, lightly tap to remove from the mold.
