手工餅乾,口感蓬鬆,味道香酥可口,富含有麥片之纖維質,做法輕鬆簡單,搭配耐烤巧克力豆,香濃好吃。


製作方法:

1. 將美式軟質餅乾粉100克加入奶油40

    克及雞蛋15克(並可依喜好加核桃、

    葡萄乾等)用攪拌器或手攪拌均勻。

2. 每塊份量以一湯匙的麵糰量放置烤盤

    中,分別壓平放入烤箱中,烤焙時間

    18分鐘,烤焙溫度150℃。


儲    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

成品保存:密封保存30天。
