Description
Easy to make and does not require steaming. The outer skin can be prepared all at once and is resistant to freezing and refrigeration. The outer skin is snow-white and delicate, with a smooth texture that is not sticky to the teeth, differing from the usual chewy mochi texture. It has a texture similar to Hakka rice cakes, with low sweetness that is not overwhelming, and does not affect the flavor of variations. After refrigeration, the product will not age and does not need to be steamed again. The flavor can be changed; either savory or sweet fillings can be mixed with the ingredients for more variety.

Recipe : 
First, boil 92±2g water and 15g white oil, then pour it into 100g Silky Mochi premix. Stir rapidly for 5 minutes until the surface is smooth and free of lumps.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year. 
Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 2 month.
