Description

The finished product is visually appealing with a fine and delicate texture. It is simple to make, has a low failure rate, and allows for flavor variations. It is an essential offering during festivals. After refrigeration, the product retains its original taste and texture when steamed again. It can also be pan-fried or deep-fried for variety.

Recipe:

Mix 100g of plain steamed cake powder with 75g of water until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a bottomless pudding cup or bowl, filling it about 90%.
Steam over high heat: pudding cups for 8-10 minutes, larger bowls (about 180g) for 17 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to 16 months.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
