Description

An improved version of traditional food, easy and convenient to prepare; with a chewy texture and low sweetness, the finished product is freeze-resistant and will not crack. After thawing, it becomes soft and can be eaten immediately. It can be made in various flavors and shapes, and can be pan-fried or deep-fried to add different flavors and textures.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of new year cake premix with 75±2g of water and 5g of salad oil until well combined.

2. Pour the batter into a mold and steam over high heat for 15-25 minutes, or bake in a water bath for 25 minutes at 160°C (top heat) and 150°C (bottom heat).

3. Once cooled, it is ready to be eaten.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 2 month.
