Description

A premixed filling powder that only requires the addition of water and butter. It is used for baking mooncakes and has the advantages of not leaking oil and not separating. When making the filling, it helps reduce the wastewater issue typically generated during the traditional preparation of red bean paste.

Recipe :

Boil 90g of water and 20g of butter, then pour it into 100g of Han Pastry filling premix (sweet) and stir well to form a dough.

Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
