Description

A filling premix powder that can be used by simply adding water and butter; it has the advantage of not releasing oil or separating when used in baked mooncakes. This filling reduces the wastewater issues typically generated during the traditional preparation of red bean paste.

Recipe :

Bring 90g of water and 10g of butter to a boil, then pour it into a mixture of 30g of Han Pastry Filling Concentrate powder, 13g of milk powder, 32g of powdered sugar, and 25g of non-dairy creamer. Mix well to form a dough.
