Recipe :

1. Yudane Bread: 400g of tangzhong bread flour, 6g of yeast, 230g of water, 20g of butter.

2. Nut Toast: 400g of Yudane bread premix, 6g of yeast, 230g of water, 20g of butter, 20g of raisins, 20g of walnuts, 20g of pumpkin seeds, 20g of sunflower seeds.

3. Fresh Toast: 400g of Yudane bread premix, 4g of yeast, 120g of egg, 80g of heavy cream, 80g of milk, 20g of butter.

Product Information : This product contains gluten and gluten-containing cereals and its derivatives.
