Description

A molten filling powder that can be wrapped in snacks. It has a flowing molten effect after baking, and turns into a paste when cooled.

Recipe :

1. Combine 275g of malt syrup (85%), 240g of water, 20g of salad oil, 16g of butter, and 0.2g of lecithin. Heat the mixture until it reaches a boil (bubbling, approximately 100°C).

2. Gradually add 100g of lava custard filling premix to the mixture from step 1, stirring well to form the base.

3. Once the base has cooled, you can add crushed salted egg yolk (recommended amount: 150g), matcha powder, cocoa powder, or other flavorings to make different flavored molten fillings.

Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
