Description

It is freeze-resistant and retains its texture even after freezing. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months, and can also be re-steamed to soften and re-shape. The molds are clear, allowing for various flavor and shape variations.

Usage and Limits : It can be used in various food products, with the amount adjusted based on actual needs.

Restrictions : For use only in food manufacturing or processing when necessary.

Recipe :

1. First, mix 100g crystal concentrate powder with 100±2g water and set aside.

2. Boil 300g high malted syrup with 100±2g water, then pour it into the mixture from step 1 and stir well.

3. Pour the well-mixed batter into a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
