Description

It is simple to operation, and the dough can be made in advance and frozen. It is quick to make, with good extensibility. The finished cookies have a rich aroma, a crispy texture, no oil leakage, and they do not soften. The dough can be pressed flat to make cookies, or rolled up to make cones or egg rolls, making the product versatile.

Recipe :

1. Beat 100g of butter and 200g of sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add 280g of eggs in 3 separate batches, mixing well each time.

2. Mix 1000g Stroopwafel Premix, 130±2g water or milk, 5g salt, 1.5g baking soda, and 15g emplex. Mix together with the whipped butter to form the dough.

3. Place the appropriate amount of dough onto the preheated pancake maker (160-180°C) and bake for 40-50 seconds.

Product Information: This product contains gluten and gluten-containing cereals, and its derivatives.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Store in a sealed container at room temperature for 1 month.
