Description

With a mochi-like texture, this snack is soft and chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. It can be made into various flavors. The dough is easy to handle and won’t stick to your hands.

The preparation is simple, mix the ingredients into dough, freeze, then thaw and bake. It’s one of the best and quickest products for the industry.

Recipe:

1. Mix 100g of waffle mix, 20g of butter, 25g of egg, and 60±2g of water until well blended into a soft dough.

2. Take an appropriate amount of soft dough, coat it with powdered sugar, and place it in a preheated waffle maker.

Bake for about 4-5 minutes. The result will have a crispy texture similar to pearl sugar, giving it a delightful crunch.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
