Description
克服傳統油與水須先煮滾後沖粉的方法,省去繁複的步驟,仍可以製作出外酥內軟、膨脹力高的產品。


製作方法:

1. 泡芙粉100 克、雞蛋76 克、水42±2 克及

     沙拉油37 克攪拌成麵糊狀後即可用花嘴

     做出不同造型。
2. 烤焙溫度為上火200℃、下火180℃,烤焙

    時間為20-30 分鐘(依大小調整)。


產品資訊:本產品含有含麩質之穀物、牛奶及其製品
儲        存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
成品保存:室溫2-3 天。
