Description

This method overcomes the traditional process of boiling oil and water before adding flour, simplifying the steps while still achieving a product that is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and has good puffing ability.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g puff premix, 76g egg, 42±2g water, and 37g salad oil until it forms a batter. Then, use a piping nozzle to shape it into different designs.

2. Preheat the oven with the top heat at 200°C and the bottom heat at 180°C. Bake for 20-30 minutes (adjust the time depending on the size).
