Description
綿密口感,蛋糕體柔軟,操作簡單,用於做甜、鹹蒸蛋糕。且組織細致,打發性穩定,蒸好不回縮,在脫氧包裝下室溫保存5 天。


製作方法:
1. 蒸蛋糕粉100克、雞蛋55克、水25克拌

    勻,快速攪打至比重0.36~0.38(攪打約

    7分鐘),加入水5克,倒入模具約9分滿

    (倒入之模具最好底部有孔洞)。

2. 蒸籠預熱至115℃,之後蒸籠內溫度維

    持85℃,持續約25分鐘即可(此時間計

    算是以底部直徑約8公分,高度約3公

    分之模具計算)。


儲    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

產品資訊:本產品含有蛋及其製品。

成品保存:室溫2~3天。
