Description

This is a concentrated, refined raw material powder that gives chiffon cake good freeze-thaw stability and moisture retention, extending the product's shelf life. It is designed for use in mass production lines to increase production capacity and cost control, making it more competitively priced.

Restrictions: For use only in food manufacturing or processing when necessary.

Usage and Limits : It can be used in various types of food, in appropriate amounts according to actual needs.

Recipe : 
Component A : Hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, acidic calcium pyrophosphate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, protein powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate, corn syrup, monohydrate calcium dihydrogen phosphate.
Component B: Hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, protein powder, sodium bicarbonate.
Before use, mix components A and B evenly, then replace 12.5% of the flour amount in the recipe.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
