Description

The texture is different from jelly, being more crisp. It is made from a mixture of starch and refined gelatin materials, offering a chewy texture, transparency, and it does not lose moisture when refrigerated. It has a good chewiness and can be used to make jelly noodles or alcohol-based desserts.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g royal dew jelly premix with 400gsugar and set aside.

2. Heat 1500±2g water in a container to 50°C, then add part of the mixture from step 1 and continue heating until it boils.

3. Add color and flavoring as desired, then pour the mixture into molds to set.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
