傳統食品改良而成,操作簡單方便;口感Q、甜度低,成品耐凍不龜裂,退冰後質地柔軟即可馬上食用。可以變換各種不同口味及造型,可煎、可炸,增添不同風味及口感。

 

製作方法:

1. 年糕抗凍強化粉30克、糯米粉33

    、糖47克加入水75±2克及沙拉油

     5克攪拌均勻。

2. 將麵糊倒進模型中,大火蒸15-25

     鐘。或隔水烤焙25分鐘,上火

     160℃下火150℃。

3. 冷卻後即可食用。

 

    存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

成品保存:室溫1-2天、冷藏7-10天、冷凍2個月。
