Description

This method differs from traditional practices, as there is no need to melt the butter in advance or add chocolate blocks. It simplifies the process by allowing all ingredients to be added at once, producing a light, moist, and flavorful product.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of brownie mix, 25g of anhydrous butter, 40g of eggs, 5±2g of water, and 10g of invert syrup until well blended, then pour into the mold.

2. Bake at 170°C for the top heat and 130°C for the bottom heat for 25–30 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up one year.
