Description

This is a no-yeast bread flour, which can be mixed and fried immediately, offering convenience, time-saving, and high efficiency. The bread has a soft and elastic texture. It can be deep-fried to create a chewy, crispy bread.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of Giras Doughnut Premix with 20g egg, 16g butter, and 35g water. Mix slowly until the mixture is smooth then mix at high speed for about 4 minutes until the dough surface is smooth and slightly elastic.

2. Divide the dough into 15-20g portions and shape into small round balls.

3. Fry in oil heated to 160-180°C until golden brown and floating. Ensure the bread is fully cooked before removing it.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Product Information : This product contains gluten and gluten-containing cereals, milk, soy and its derivatives.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days.
