Description

This is a no-yeast bread flour, ready to mix and bake, making it convenient, time-saving, and efficient. The bread has a soft and elastic texture. The dough can also be covered with pineapple crust or snow mountain crust for various shape variations, and sugar can be added to make Giras fried balls.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of Giras bread premix with 20g of butter and stir until well combined. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

2. Add 20g of egg and 42±2g of water and mix at low speed for 2 minutes, then on medium speed for 2 minutes, and finally on high speed for 4 minutes.

3. After mixing, divide and shape the dough.

4. Baking temperature: Top heat 180°C, bottom heat 150°C, baking time: 32 minutes.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Product Information : TThis product contains gluten and gluten-containing cereals, milk, soy and its derivatives.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days.
