Description

Using Swirl Bread Concentrate Powder, you can make thin sheets that completely replace expensive marble sheets, with the added benefit of multiple flavor variations. These flavors can be freely combined, such as strawberry, blueberry, spicy, etc. The powder blends well with the dough, creating distinct layers, and offers low cost, freeze resistance, and a chewy yet elastic texture with good extensibility.

Recipe :

Mix 100g of the Swirl Bread Concentrate Powder, 12g of salad oil, and 50±2g of water until well combined.

Suggested Flavors:

Cocoa Flavor : Add 12g of cocoa powder.

Matcha Flavor: Add 4g of matcha powder.

Butter Flavor : Add 0.2g of carotene, 32g of anhydrous butter, and 40g of water.

(First, sift the powder and mix it with the Swirl Bread Concentrate Powder.)

Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives.

Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigeratered for 14 days, or frozen for 1 month.
