Description
加水、奶油就可使用的餡料預拌粉;用於冰皮月餅中具有不出油及不分離的優點,製作餡料時可減少一般傳統豆沙製作時產生的廢水問題。


製作方法:
1. 粉100 克、冷開水90 克、奶油10 克拌勻
    成團。
2. 分割整形,冰皮35 克一個、再包入奶香餡
    25 克,沾適量手粉後壓模。


儲       存:置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
產品資訊:本產品含有牛奶及其製品。
成品保存:冷藏30 天、冷凍60 天。
