Description

A premixed filling powder that only requires the addition of water and butter. It is used for snow skin mooncakes and has the advantages of not leaking oil and not separating. When making the filling, it helps reduce the wastewater issue typically generated during the traditional preparation of red bean paste.

Recipe :

1. Mix 100g of dessert filling premix, 90g of cold boiled water, and 10g of butter until it forms a dough.

2. Divide and shape the dough into 35g portions for the snow skin, then wrap with 25g of milky filling. Dust with an appropriate amount of flour, then press into molds.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Product Information : This product contains milk and its derivatives.

Finished Product Storage : Refrigerated for 30 days, frozen for 60 days.
