Description
Guangzhou Traditional Snack:Also known as "White Sugar Cake," this traditional delicacy features a chewy and refreshing texture. Its cross-section reveals distinct vertical structures, with a translucent and pristine white appearance. Made using yeast fermentation, it carries a mildly tangy and fragrant aroma characteristic of traditional snacks.

Recipe:
  1. Mix 100g of flour with 47g of cold water, then gradually pour in 43g of hot water while stirring until smooth.
  2. Dissolve 1.3g of yeast in 4.3g of warm water. Once the rice batter from step 1 cools to 35°C, add the yeast mixture and stir well for fermentation.
  3. Let the batter ferment at 28°C for 1 hour (preheat the steamer during the last 10 minutes).
  4. Steam for 25-30 minutes until done.
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to 16 months.
Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
