Description

Easy to operate with stable quality, suitable for filling. The texture improves after refrigeration. The product is freeze-resistant, has a good bite, and the molds are clear, allowing for different flavor variations. It can also be used to wrap various fillings, making it suitable for mooncakes.


Recipe : 
(A) Crystal Rice cake : 
      1. Boil 100g high malted syrup with 110±2g water, then mix with 100g                crystal premix.
      2. Pour the well-mixed batter into molds and steam over high heat for              20 minutes.
      3. After steaming, shape the rice cake while hot.
(B) Crystal Mooncake:
      1. Boil 150g high malted syrup with 150~165g water, then mix with 100g            crystal premix.
       2. Pour the well-mixed batter into molds and steam over high heat for              20 minutes.
       3. Once cooled, you can fill and press the mooncakes into molds.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place for up to one year. 
Finished Product Storage : Keep at room temperature for 1-2 days, refrigerated for 7-10 days, or frozen for 1 month.
