Recipe :
1. Heat 1932g of invert syrup, 1482g of water, 854g of salad oil, 346g of butter, and 7.4g of lecithin together until boiling.
2. Pour the mixture into 1000g of Lava Custard Filling Premix and stir well.
3. Heat the lava custard filling in a water bath until the center temperature reaches 70°C, maintaining it for 3-5 minutes (the cooked lava custard filling will thicken).
4. Remove the lava custard filling, allow it to cool, and freeze. Once frozen, it can be used as filling.
